CONDITIONS OF HIRE
- TERMS
All terms are per week. The time for take-over is 4 pm. (subject to unavoidable delays). You must leave your Holiday Home by 10am. You are expected to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for any damage done or loss sustained during your stay.
- BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT
When you book the initial payment must be sent with the form. The submission of the completed booking form and deposit shall constitute an offer by the client and a contract shall come into existence if and when we accept the booking in writing.
- BALANCE OF HIRE MONEY
As shown on your Hire Invoice, is due and payable at the start of your holiday.
- BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
If you are compelled to cancel your holiday, you must notify us by telephone. Then you must confirm in writing by 1st class mail and enclose your Hire Invoice. We will endeavour to re-let for you. If we are successful in re-letting you will only forfeit your booking deposit. If we do not re-let then you will be held responsible for the prompt payment of the full balance of hire on the Holiday Home you have booked.
- MINORS
Bookings from persons under 18 (21 for France) cannot be accepted.
- AVAILABILITY
The booking is made on the understanding that the Holiday Home will be placed at your disposal on the date stated. Should this not be possible through circumstances beyond our control, for example fire, theft or damage, we cannot guarantee to provide an alternative Holiday Home and in which case the booking fee will be returned to you in full, but you will have no claim against us.
- YOUR PET
We regret that pets are not allowed.
